Terms of Service

Color Moon operates this online store using Shopify. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy, govern use of the website and purchases. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

1. Contact and eligibility

For questions about the store or an order, contact pintaluna.info@gmail.com. Purchases must be made by an adult with legal capacity to enter a sales contract. Children’s products must be purchased by an adult. Provide accurate, complete and current information.

2. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping account information current and protecting your credentials. Do not share, transfer or sell your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, impersonation, security issues or a breach of these terms.

3. Products and availability

Review the selected size, design, composition, quantity, included items and care instructions before ordering. Pajamas and markers are sold separately unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Decorative props shown in images are not included unless specified. Screen settings may cause minor color differences.

Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item. We may reasonably limit quantities to prevent fraud, inventory errors or unauthorized resale. Changes to listings do not alter orders already accepted.

4. Ordering

Select your items, size, design and quantity, enter billing and delivery information, choose a payment method and review the final order before confirming. You are responsible for checking these details. Contact us promptly to request a correction. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Orders may be checked for availability, payment and fraud. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund amounts already paid for the affected items.

5. Prices, payments and promotions

Prices and the currency charged are shown in the store and at checkout. Review the final total, applicable shipping charges and taxes before purchasing. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own conversion or international transaction fees.

Payment is processed by the providers enabled at checkout. We do not directly store full payment card details processed by external providers. Discounts and promotions apply only under their stated conditions. We may correct genuine pricing or content errors and will contact you if an error affects your order. Price changes do not apply retroactively to accepted orders.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, rates and delivery information are governed by our Shipping Policy and the options shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, carriers and events outside our reasonable control may affect transit times.

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a usable contact method. Contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged or incomplete. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller; these terms do not transfer statutory delivery risks or responsibilities to the consumer contrary to applicable law.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation requests may be made before preparation or dispatch, but cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started. Once shipped, follow the return procedure after delivery. Our Returns and Refunds Policy provides 30 days from receipt to request a return, subject to its conditions and mandatory rights.

Under the voluntary policy, returned products must be unused, unwashed and uncolored, with labels, packaging and all components originally supplied. Defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items remain subject to mandatory remedies. Discounted items retain the same mandatory consumer rights. Direct size or design exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order.

8. Use and care

Follow product instructions and age-appropriate adult supervision. Use washable markers suitable for fabric. Allow ink to dry fully before contact with other garments or bedding. Wash pajamas separately in cold water or at a maximum of 30°C with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and air dry. Misuse, incorrect washing and ordinary wear are not original manufacturing defects.

9. Website use and third-party services

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the store and its users.

Shopify and other providers supply hosting, payments and related services. Third-party links and tools are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement. We do not exclude our responsibilities as seller by using external providers.

10. Intellectual property and customer content

Website branding, photographs, text and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not copy or exploit them without the relevant authorization, except where permitted by law.

Content you submit, including reviews and photos, must be lawful, accurate and respect third-party rights. Do not include personal information you do not wish to make public. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated content. Submission does not authorize us to misuse personal information or remove your mandatory rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Protect your account credentials and do not send full payment card details or passwords in customer-service messages.

12. Warranties and liability

Applicable statutory guarantees and consumer remedies remain available. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibilities relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Any lawful limitation will be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protection.

We are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by unlawful use, materially incorrect information supplied by the customer, independent third parties beyond our control or unforeseeable and unavoidable events, without prejudice to our responsibilities as seller. If an extraordinary event materially affects an order, we will inform the customer and offer the options required by law.

13. General provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue where the contract can lawfully operate. Delay in exercising a right does not waive it. These terms and the published store policies form the applicable agreement. Rights or obligations may not be assigned in a way that harms consumer protection.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under Spanish law. Consumers residing elsewhere retain the mandatory protections and competent courts provided by applicable law, including those of their place of residence where required. Contact us first if you wish to seek an amicable resolution.

15. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, technical or commercial reasons. Changes will be published here and will not apply retroactively to accepted orders unless required by law or more favorable to the consumer. We will give additional notice where required.
